To confirm the importance of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in regulating DcR3 expression in CRC after changes in TIPE, we stimulated TIPE-overexpressing HCT116 colon cancer cells with LPS and found increased phosphorylation levels of AKT, P105, and p65 and NF-κB activation. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF6B and colorectal carcinoma.
