identified that circCYFIP2 (circRNA cytoplasmic FMR1 interacting protein 2) was upregulated in gastric cancer (GC) tissues and found that circCYFIP2 sponged miR-1205 and upregulated its downstream target gene E2F1 (E2F transcription factor 1), eventually promoting cell proliferation in GC cells. This evidence concerns the gene E2F1 and gastric cancer.
