TF and deep vein thrombosis: This study aims to reveal the degree of traumatization of meta-epiphyseal cancellous of hip and knee joints in major orthopedic surgery that affects the incidence of DVT through the dynamics of prothrombogenic and anti-thrombogenic of the thrombus formation which involve the role of Col I and Col IV as the initiator of the thrombus formation which originated from the bone and blood vessels; TF and Ps as a thrombus propagator; and NO as antithrombocyte, before surgery, 72 h, and 144 h after surgery.
