Characteristic features include staphylococcal “cold” skin abscesses, staphylococcal pneumonia with pneumatocele formation, early onset eczema, muco-cutaneous candidiasis, retained primary dentition, recurrent fractures, osteoporosis, and a raised serum IgE (>2,000 IU/L).
