Overexpression of HIF1A-AS2 increased SOX4, MET, C-myc, cyclinD1, Fra-1, VEGF, and β-catenin expressions in renal cells (Figure 5E); knockdown of HIF1A-AS2 decreased SOX4, MET, C-myc, cyclinD1, Fra-1, VEGF, and β-catenin expression in renal carcinomas cells (Figure 5F). Here, HIF1A is linked to renal carcinoma.
