In present study, data from serum ELISA tests revealed that DG apparently decreased the release of osteoclastogenesis markers RANKL and OPG instead of increasing osteogenesis marker ALP (Figures 3A–C) indicating that DG treated osteoporosis mainly by inhibiting osteoclastogenesis and this suppose was further identified by IHC staining of NFATc1 (Figure 3D). Here, TNFSF11 is linked to osteoporosis.
