Immunocytochemistry data showed that miR-205-5p mimic transfection significantly decreased LC3β related puncta formation in A431 and A2058 cells as well as in HaCaT cells (Fig. 5E, upper and lower panels) suggesting that miR-205-5p inhibits cell proliferation and TNFAIP8-mediated autophagy induction in skin cancer cells.
