CTL assays showed that supernatants from B cells of cKO mice increased the effects of CD8+ T cells from wild-type mouse on killing tumor cells than supernatants from B cells of control mice although there was no significantly difference (Fig. 6n), further supporting the key regulatory effects of Erbin-deficient B cells in function of CD8+ T cells in killing tumor cells.
