Herein, we show that CAF-derived CXCL11 was the most upregulated candidate among the 17 differentially expressed chemokine candidates, and that elevation of CXCL11 in tumor microenvironment promoted hepatocellular carcinoma cell migration and tumor metastasis through the circUBAP2/miR-4756/IFIT1/3 axis both in vivo and in vitro. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL11 and neoplasm.
