CXCL11 and hepatocellular carcinoma: As shown in Fig. 2B–E and Fig. S2A, B, compared to those of the control and NFs-CM groups, proliferation, DNA synthesis and migration of HCC cells was significantly augmented in CAFs-CM, CAFs-CM/PBS, CAFs-CM/CXCL11 (5 ng/ml), CAFs-CM/CXCL11 (10 ng/ml), and CAFs-CM/IgG groups (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01), but these showed no significant changes in CAFs-CM/anti-CXCL11 group.
