Briefly, the most common aberrations occurring in primary mucinous ovarian carcinoma are mutations of KRAS (≈ 55%), CDKN2A (≈ 55%, including deletions), TP53 (≈ 52%), ARID1A (≈ 10%), BRAF (≈ 8%), and amplification of HER2 (≈ 28%) [115–121]. Here, ERBB2 is linked to ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma.
