The DEARGs (BECN1, GAPDH, ATG7, MAPK3, BCL2L1, and MYC) and immune cells (T cells CD4 memory resting, T cells follicular helper, and neutrophils) identified in our study may be critical in AF genesis and provide potential predictive and therapeutic strategies for AF patients. The gene discussed is BCL2L1; the disease is atrial fibrillation.
