Beta‐blockers (58%; HFrEF 74%, HFpEF 61%) and angiotensin‐converting enzyme inhibitor/angiotensin receptor blockers (45%; HFrEF 56%, HFpEF 47%) were the most frequently dispensed guideline‐directed medical therapy (GDMT); sodium‐glucose cotransporter‐2 inhibitors (SGLT2is) and angiotensin receptor‐neprilysin inhibitors (ARNIs) were dispensed to 1.0% (93% with prior diabetes diagnosis) and 0.5% of the study cohort, respectively; 39% (HFrEF 56%, HFpEF 41%) received ≥2 GDMT classes (Figure S2). This evidence concerns the gene ACE and diabetes mellitus.
