By analyzing the GO and KEGG of macrophage genes that were different between the MCAO and sham groups, we revealed that the main pathways activated during a stroke are functional immune processes, such as response to wounding, cell migration, defense response, cell motility, inflammatory response, exosomes, phagosome, Hif-1 signaling pathway, and TNF signaling pathway (Supplementary Figure 3B). The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is stroke disorder.
