It was found that PTPRJ-as1 significantly activated the NF-κB (Nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) pathway in microglia under the influence of inflammatory environment and promoted the secretion of inflammatory cytokines: interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and nitric oxide (NO) that was involved in inflammatory injury caused by intracerebral hemorrhage. The gene discussed is PTPRJ; the disease is intracerebral hemorrhage.
