The first-generation <i>ALK</i> tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) crizotinib, second-generation (ceritinib, alectinib, and brigatinib) and third-generation (lorlatinib) <i>ALK</i>-TKIs have been widely used for NSCLC patients with <i>ALK</i> rearrangement. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
