Berkel and Cacan (2020) found that hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients with the higher expression level of DYNLL1 were associated with both shorter OS and shorter progression-free survival and upregulated in a tumor stage- and grade-dependent manner and associated with increased mortality in HCC. In the present study, the expression of DYNLL1 was upregulated in high-risk groups and downregulated in low-risk groups. These findings were consistent with the high expression of DYNLL1, which is indicative of a poor prognosis of GC patients. This evidence concerns the gene DYNLL1 and neoplasm.
