Concordantly, several TF were reported to interact with TET2, including Wilms Tumor 1 (WT1), which was found to recruit TET2 to its target genes in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells12,13, or early B-cell factor 1 (EBF1), which was reported to interact with TET2 in IDH-mutant cancers14. This evidence concerns the gene TF and acute myeloid leukemia.
