SD70 treatment alone led to disease stabilization, whereas the combination of sorafenib and SD70 led to increased treatment responses in the xenografts (Fig. 7b) and a marked reduction in viable tumor cell proliferation, along with an increase in apoptosis at the tumor implantation site (Fig. 7c, d), demonstrating the potential efficacy of combining GASC1 inhibition with sorafenib treatment.
