miR-325-3p was once identified as a tumor suppressor, it can inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of hepatocellular carcer cells through suppressing aquaporin 5 (Zhang et al. 2019) and can inhibit the metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells through targeting KIF2C (Gan et al. 2019), indicating miR-325-3p is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of cancers. This evidence concerns the gene KIF2C and neoplasm.
