Chen et al. found that furanodienone, a diene-type sesquiterpene isolated from the rhizomes of Rhizoma Curcumae, exhibited a potential cytotoxic effect on temozolomide- (TMZ-) resistant GBM cells in vitro by inhibiting CSPG4 and related signalling pathways [19].
