Lv et al. [21] reported MNX1-AS1 could contribute to ovarian cancer cell proliferation and invasion via upregulation of Bcl-2 family proteins (Bcl-2 and Bax), cyclin-dependent kinase, and cyclin D. Gao et al. [31] demonstrated MNX1-AS1 could enhance the proliferative ability and invasive capacity of glioblastoma cells through targeting miR-4443. The gene discussed is BCL2; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
