As summarized in Table 2, increased MNX1-AS1 level was related to advanced TNM stage (OR = 5.21, 95% CI: 2.39–11.36) (Figure 3a), invasion depth (OR = 3.00, 95% CI: 1.31–6.86) (Figure 3b), lymphatic metastasis (OR = 3.70, 95% CI: 2.07–6.61) (Figure 4a), distant metastasis (OR = 3.99, 95% CI: 2.41–6.60) (Figure 4b) and poor differentiation (OR = 1.62, 95% CI: 1.15–2.28) (Figure 4c). Here, MNX1 is linked to Lymphatic Metastasis.
