To test whether JMJD6 uses additional mechanisms to target the IFN-I signaling pathway, we generated stable JMJD6-overexpressing HEK293T cell lines (HEK293T-JMJD6-Flag) by lentivirus infection and detected the phosphorylated TBK1, TBK1, phosphorylated IRF3, and IRF3 at different time point post-SeV infection (Fig 4A). This evidence concerns the gene JMJD6 and lentivirus infection.
