In addition, we selected the 10 most frequently mutated genes in the American HCC’s samples obtained from the TCGA cohort, including TP53 (30%), TTN (24%), CTNNB1 (25%), MUC16 (14%), ALB (13%), PCLO (10%), MUC (9%), APOB (9%), RYR2 (9%), and ABCA (8%) (Figures 1F,G). The gene discussed is CTNNB1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
