Our results confirm that tumor growth was significantly reduced in mice that were adoptively transferred with either OT-I or OT-I/CD73KO CD8+ T cells compared with control mice (PBS); however, the transfer of OT-I/CD73KO CD8+ T cells had a more dramatic effect on tumor growth than the transfer of OT-I CD8+ T cells (Figure 5B).
