As expected, the effects of miR-199a-5p on proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, migration, and invasion were reversed by HIF-1α overexpression or STAT3 overexpression (Figures 7A–F), which supported that miR-199a-5p regulated the malignancy of NSCLC cells by modulating HIF-1α and STAT3.
