In the seven patients without metastases, five patients underwent RP and the majority was followed with undetectable PSA level (defined as <0.008 ng/ml), one patient with advanced PCa was planned to underwent neoadjuvant complete androgen blockade (CAB) for 3 to 6 months, and one patient with life expectancy <5 years also received CAB therapy. Here, KLK3 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
