In addition, serum concentrations of GOLPH3 in patients with tumor size more than 5 cm, deeper infiltration, poor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients with tumors of less than 5 cm, shallower infiltration, better differentiation, no lymph node metastasis, and no distant metastasis (P < 0.05). The gene discussed is GOLPH3; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
