The tumor-immune infiltration cell heatmap depicted a comprehensive landscape of tumor-immune cell interactions and cell lineages in OC, which indicated that some immune cells were particularly closely connected to others, for example, T cells follicular helper and T cells CD4 memory resting, macrophages M2 and macrophages M0, B cells naïve and B cells memory, dendritic cells resting and eosinophils, macrophages M1 and B cells naïve, and T cells CD8 and T cells CD4 memory resting (Figure 2C and Supplementary Table 8).
