CD4 and neoplasm: Through further analysis of tumor infiltrating immune cells, it could be found that in patients with high MAPS presented significant lower abundance of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells infiltrate compared with high-risk group, and these cells have also been proved to be closely related to tumor prognosis (Santarpia and Karachaliou, 2015; Mittal et al., 2016; He et al., 2017; Altorki et al., 2019).
