In addition, our results demonstrated an association between progression of MS and a decreased proportion of L. acidipiscis in the host intestinal tract, and demonstrated the ability of L. acidipiscis to target Vγ1+ and Vγ4+ γδ T cells and to interfere with the expression of IL-10, IL-13, IFN-γ and IL-17A. The gene discussed is IL13; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
