The peritoneal lavage CD8+ T cells from vvDD-IL15/Rα treated mice bearing CT26 (Supplemental Figures 3A–D) and Panc02 (Supplemental Figures 3E–H) demonstrated improved in vitro tumor-specific reactivity as measured by increased IFN-γ secretion (Supplemental Figures 3B, F respectively) and 4-1BB expression (Supplemental Figures 3C, G respectively) after coculture with specific target CT26 and Panc02 cells but not unspecific target cells 4T1 and MC38, respectively.
