Interestingly, the levels of FcγRIII (CD16/32), FcγRIV (CD16.2) and FcγIIB (CD32b) on microglia in TLR7KO mice were higher than those of WT mice at day 7 post-infection, while the expression level of FcγRI (CD64) in TLR7KO mice were higher than that of WT mice at day 16 post-infection (Figures 8B, C). The gene discussed is FCGR1A; the disease is infection.
