Accordingly the diagnosis of allergy has been based on three elements, one is the case history trying to relate the occurrence of allergic symptoms in a patient to exposure to certain allergen sources; the second element is trying to induce allergic reactions in the patient by exposing the person to the allergen source and recording of subsequent allergic symptoms; and the third by confirming IgE sensitization by demonstrating the presence of IgE antibodies specific for the allergen source in the blood or tissue fluids of the patient (10).
