SH2D3A and infection: The findings from our study could be summarized as follows: (1) miR-29b is transcriptionally regulated by RV through NSP1–p53 interaction, (2) miR-29b expression is crucial in the regulation of the EMT pathway through TRIM44 and CCNE1, a pathway required by RV to establish its pathogenesis in the host, and (3) miR-29b is capable of decreasing RV replication and infection in the host.
