EGFR and neoplasm: IHC data indicated that 60.6% of the tumors had a basal-like phenotype (i.e., a TNBC tumor that expresses at least one of the two basal markers, EGFR and CK5/6) and 36.5% of the tumors had a molecular apocrine phenotype (i.e., a TNBC tumor that expresses both AR and FOXA1).
