The levels of GGPS1, FDPS, and GART were significantly elevated in breast tumors (Figure 4B) as compared to matching adjacent normal tissues [46], breast cancer cell lines (Figure 4C), breast cancer subtypes (Figure 4D), and triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) compared with the normal adjacent tissue or non-TNBC tumors (Figure 4E) [47]. This evidence concerns the gene GGPS1 and breast carcinoma.
