Further analysis of TF-target networks identified ZNF100 (COAD); the factor known to sensitize the tumor cells [30], TP53 (GBM), a well-known regulator of cell cycle arrest, and cell death pathways [31] and STAT3 (SCLC), which plays a role in cell proliferation, survival [32] (Figure 3D–F). This evidence concerns the gene ZNF100 and glioblastoma.
