The main findings of our analysis showed that the Stressed group had (1) increased T3D signs (higher HOMA-IR, poor cognitiveexe-func, neuronal glia injury, increased central obesity, VWF and inflammation, depressed HRV, shorter telomeres), retinal perfusion deficits and glaucoma risk; and (2) that the Stress risk phenotype and four related dementia risk signs (cognitiveexe-func, telomere, NSE and WC) comprised a novel Stress syndrome prototype. This evidence concerns the gene VWF and dementia.
