Zi-Liang Ye et al. studied the association between the expression of miR-155 in peripheral blood CD4+ T lymphocytes and the level of serum interferon-γ (IFN-γ) concentration and the severity of CAD and concluded that the level of miR-155 and the level of IFN-γ are closely correlated with the severity of CAD [74]. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and coronary artery disorder.
