Three more patients could be added to this list if we consider suspected cirrhosis, determined via the following criteria: prothrombin time (PT)% less than 70% or albumin concentration less than 3.5 g/dL, total bilirubin concentration more than 2 mg/dL (more than 4 mg/dL for primary biliary cholangitis), or platelet count less than 100,000/μL [31]. Here, ALB is linked to biliary liver cirrhosis.
