VEGFA and atopic conjunctivitis: Twenty-one patients (42%) reported a previous ophthalmological history with features ranging from dry eye disease (DED), allergic conjunctivitis, corneal foreign body, ocular trauma and cataract surgery to glaucoma, retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy (DRP), and retinal vein occlusion (RVO) with subsequent macular edema and intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) treatment.
