Studies proved that some differentially expressed lncRNAs, for instance, aHIF [5], ANRIL [5], KCNQ10T1 [6], MIAT [7], ZFAS1 [8] and CDR1AS [9], have critical functions in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and demonstrated potentials of serving as myocardial infarction-specific biomarkers or key lncRNAs in the development regulation of AMI. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2B-AS1 and myocardial infarction.
