Pristimerin demonstrated its anti‐OSCC effects through the inhibition of NF‐κB pathway by suppressing tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα)‐induced Iκ Bα phosphorylation, p65 translocation, and the expression of NF‐κB‐ dependent genes (e.g., p50, p52, and Rel).Furthermore, pristimerin inhibited cell proliferation, migration, invasion, induced apoptosis, and eliminated cancer stem-like cells (CSCs) derived from OSCC cells (54). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and cancer.
