We retrieved Oncomine database and found PRMT5 (4 upregulated and 0 downregulated datasets) and EZH2 (12 upregulated and 0 downregulated datasets) differentially expressed which are upregulated in CRC tissues (vs. normal tissues) in different cohorts of datasets (Figure S13); this clue reminds us that PRMT5 and EZH2 might exert oncogenic roles in CRC. Here, PRMT5 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
