MACC1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: As listed in Table 3, high expression of MACC1 was significantly associated with worse tumor differentiation (OR = 2.23, 95%CI = 1.05–4.74, P = .04), more advanced FIGO stage (OR = 3.53, 95%CI = 2.71–4.60, P < .01) and earlier lymph node metastasis (OR = 2.87, 95%CI = 2.19–3.77, P < .01) when compared to low expression of MACC1.
