HCC patients in the high Girdin expression group had poorer OS (hazard ratio [HR] = 1.773, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.322–2.378, P<0.001; Figure 1B) and PFS (HR = 1.716, 95% CI = 1.333–2.209, P<0.001; Figure 1C) compared with that of patients in the low Girdin expression group. This evidence concerns the gene CCDC88A and hepatocellular carcinoma.
