CD19 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: Though not yet commercially approved at the time of this review, long-term trial data from 269 adult B-cell lymphoma patients receiving lisocabtagene maraleucel, an anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy, indicated 18.8 month median overall survival, 73% objective response rate, 53% complete response rate, and 12% occurrence of grade 3 or worse cytokine release syndrome or neurological events (NCT02631044) (34).
