The results showed that ZIKV robustly enhanced the transcription of most of the tested innate immune genes, including TLR3, interferon regulatory factor (IRF)7, IFR3, IRF1, signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT)1/2, β2-microglobulin (B2M) and transporters associated with antigen processing 1 (TAP1), especially during early infection in the hNS/PC lines (Fig 4B). Here, IRF7 is linked to infection.
