Stable knockdown of miR-1273f expression can effectively inhibit G0/G1 phase arrest caused by knocking down circGLIS3 (Fig. 6f, g) and promote the proliferation of bladder cancer cells (Fig. 6h–j) and promote the expression of SKP1 and cyclin D1 (Fig. 6k). Here, SKP1 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
