Our research also confirmed that upregulation of CDK8 can lead to malignant phenotype and EMT of GC cells, and in vivo experiments also show that LINC01224 inhibits miR‐193a‐5p and upregulates CDK8 to accelerate tumor growth, suggesting that the LINC01224/miR‐193a‐5p/CDK8 axis is an important part of the GC regulatory network. The gene discussed is CDK8; the disease is gastric cancer.
